I am currently attending West Delaware High School in the graduating class of 2019. In the future, I plan to attend college, and go somewhere in the dental field. In my free time I enjoy being with friends and family and doing anything outdoors like camping, fishing, and hiking. I've been here at Lifetime Chiropractic and Wellness for about two and a half years. Working at Lifetime has taught me many skills that I will need wherever my life takes me. It is such a privilege to see all of our patients grow.

I’ve spent the majority of my professional career coaching and developing individuals to become the best version of themselves on and off the sales floor. It was no secret to most of my family and friends that I had put myself on the back burner. As a busy wife and mom to 4, I always made sure everyone in my circle was always taken care of first and failed miserably at taking care of myself. This changed when I made the life changing commitment to change my lifestyle and finally become the best version of myself. I started my Ideal Protein journey because I wanted to start loving myself again like my amazing family, husband and kids do. I failed to see and love the things about me they always had and that was not a feeling I was okay with. So, I committed to the program and haven’t looked back since. From Day 1, I only focused on the things I would be gaining and not the things I would be “giving up”. And WOW, have I gained SO much! I no longer have migraines (something I have struggled with my entire life and have seen countless doctors for help managing them), heartburn was gone since Day 1 and my sciatic nerve pain was gone after the first month! I have crazy amounts of energy and can finally keep up with my kiddos. The best thing that Ideal Protein has given back to me though is my confidence and this new found love of myself. I know I wouldn’t have been as successful without the right people in my corner cheering me on. I am so blessed to have such an amazing support system and look forward to coaching and supporting others through their lifestyle change while they become the best version of themselves!

I am so excited to be part of the Lifetime Chiropractic family! My career has been based around healthcare and customer service and I look forward to using my expertise at Lifetime along with expanding my knowledge. I am originally from Decorah and made the move to Delaware County about 4 years ago to be closer to my boyfriend. Outside of my love of working in healthcare I enjoy helping my boyfriend with his trucking business, being outside- some of my favorites are camping, kayaking, and 4-wheeling, and spending time with friends and family. Thank you all for the warm welcome, I am very happy to be here!
