What to expect on my first visit?
Your first visit will normally last between 30-45 mintues. We have attached the new patient paperwork for you to fill out at your convenience or please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled time to fill them out here in the office.
Following the initial paperwork, Dr. Leah Hood will review your history and do a thorough exam and treatment recommendations and expectations.
Please bring your current insurance card and photo ID with you as well to your first visit.
